JoAnn Alford, Owner, Broker:

Jo Ann Alford is a graduate of Belhaven College in Jackson, where she studied Real Estate as a part of her business curriculum. Along with her husband, John, she bought and remodeled medium priced homes. This venture led to a Real Estate career. She became a Broker in 1999 and opened her own agency in 2000. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) certificate. Her hobbies include sailing, reading and traveling with her Broker/husband John.

In 2004, Jo Ann and John participated in a mission trip to Mozambique, Southeast Africa, and in 2006, they were part of an eight member mission team to Moldova in the former USSR.

John Alford, Owner, Broker:

John Alford retired after 15 years as Executive Director of the Mississippi Food Network, where he helped acquire and distribute over 175 million pounds of food to needy Mississippians without charge. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a BS in Accounting. John is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute.

Beside selling and listing homes for others, John and Jo Ann buy and renovate houses in Northeast Jackson. After completion, they are placed on the market.
